Truly great scanner for the price. My shops have had Snap-on and OTC. Everything is an extra fee and requires PITA installation, cartridges, chips, etc. This one comes right out of the box fully loaded. Updating is just a few screen taps. I can't say we've had connection problems (due to the scanner) yet. We've probably used it on over 100 cars by now. In cases where we did have connection issues, we've connected an OTC or Snap-On and came across same problem. You can't knock the Chinese for this one. It's truly a great tool.
