This tool only gives you a code and a book to look up the code. The book doesn't explain in detail what the fault is. it's a vague description of the fault code. I had to go to the dealer with the code to get in detail what could be the problem with the vehicle.Value Quality Price - Works fine Review by adfoxie

Gives you the basic trouble codes, enough to determine most problems and is very affordable. The cd that comes with it is tempermental and may not work well in some pc's but you really don't need the cd. Have 4 cars I was hoping this would work on.Price Value Quality
Worked well on 2006 VW Golf, and 2005 Ford BAII Fairmont (Aussie).
Didn't work on 2005 E53 Mini Cooper S, or 2003 E39 BMW 525D
